  • Writing changes – Typing can be difficult, and your writing can feel small.

  1. Age – It begins in middle or old age, and the risk increases with age. People generally develop the disease around the age of 60 or older.
  2. Inheritance – Having a close relative with Parkinson’s disease increases the chances of developing.
  3. Sex – Besides, men are more likely to develop Parkinson’s disease than women.
  4. Difficulty thinking – You may have cognitive problems (dementia) and trouble thinking. They occur in the later stages of Parkinson’s disease. In addition, these mental problems are not very sensitive to drugs.
  5. Depression and emotional changes – You may experience depression, sometimes in the early stages.
